Tell Governor Scott:

Sign the Climate Superfund Act!

The Climate Superfund Act (S.259) has overwhelmingly passed out of the Vermont Legislature and is headed to the governor’s desk.

This landmark legislation would hold Big Oil accountable for the damage they have caused to our climate, and recover funds to pay for disaster recovery and to mitigate future damages.

Vermont businesses have made it clear that without help, they will not make it through another disaster like the 2023 floods. This legislation could bring billions of dollars into the state, but Gov. Scott has indicated he will veto it.

Take a moment to write a short note to the governor urging him to sign S.259!
